AskRay.ie was founded by experienced career mentor and technical consultant Raymond Flynn PhD in Dublin, Ireland. With a passion for helping individuals achieve their career goals, Ray saw a need for personalized and comprehensive mentoring services in the job market, particularly in Cloud, AI and Telecom. He noticed that many individuals struggled with career mapping, interview skills, and presenting themselves effectively in job interviews and demos. Determined to make a difference, Ray established AskRay.ie with the mission of providing top-notch mentoring and career guidance to help individuals reach their full potential. In particular applying techniques and methods from his technical sales background to effectively win the business of getting hired. Over the years, Ray has presented to Degree students and Professors, Engineers and Technicians, Managers and IT Directors, and C-Level.
